At today's WW meeting I picked up this awesome recipe for 3 point key lime pie that I'm going to be trying tonight.
WHAT YOU NEED
1. 1 box .3 oz sugar free lime-flavor gelatin.
2. 1/4 C boiling water.
3. 2 containers (8 oz each) of lime flavor light yogurt.
4. 1 container (8 oz) frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed.
5. 1 prepared 9" reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust.
WHAT TO DO
1. Dissolve boiling water and gelatin.
2. Whisk in yogurt.
3. With wooden spoon fold in wripped topping.
4. Transfer into pie crust and refrigerate over-night.
